My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Chester, making it easy to explore the area. I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the large breakfast variety. However, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and while the staff was friendly, I did face a few issues that took away from the overall experience.
