I was disappointed with the state of the room. The duvet sheet had a hole, and there was mould on the lower shower holder. The sink water pressure was really bad, so I had to wash my face in the bath.

the hotel recommended pre-booked parking, but it was a mess. on my second night, someone moved the sign and took my spot. the staff didn't do anything. i had to park in a public lot, and it wasn't safe. this parking system need improvements.

The parking situation was a disaster. I booked disabled parking months in advance, but there were still issues upon arrival. The toilet seat in my room was also broken, how charming!!!
